- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 6 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been shipped or initiated the process of shipping to customers, which is also marked as “processing” in the order status section.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Indian Drone Store marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Durga Puja etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once Indian Drone Store has checked and determined the same at our end. This should be reported within 6 hours of receipt of the products.
However Indian Drone Store is not responsible for any defects or damages or lost occurred during transportation.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown or described on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 6 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision after looking into your complaint.
- No cancellations will be entertained for those products purchased as “Pre-Order”.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please contact us before refer the issue to them.
- In some products(ready to fly models) customer may need to submit identity proof/age proof/address proof if asked by Indian Drone Store. In the same case if products ordered by minors age(below 18, some cases below 14) will not be entertained for delivery and a refund will be issued, please check refund & replacement policy for more details.
- Orders which selected “Direct Bank Transfer” as payment option during check out, need to transfer purchase amount within 24 hours after order confirmation, otherwise order will be cancelled automatically. Also those orders may considered as “Intentionally Harassments” to Indian Drone Store(Mikros Kosmos Pvt. Ltd) and hold rights to take legal actions against buyer.
Company may consider some additional timeline if any customer is unable to make transaction within above said timeline and request for additional time. The Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision after looking into such request.
Refund & Replacement Policy
- Orders delivered & accepted by customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately in 6 hrs.
- No refund will be issued for those products purchased as “Pre-Order”.
- If money deducted, refund will be issued within 5-10 days after cancellation of the order successfully.
- Items within warranty window and in stock (exact same item) with same colours may eligible for replacement as per manufacturer warranty policy. In such cases replacement will be processed only if the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein. The free replacement order will be shipped within 2-5 days through standard shipping once the original order is returned.
- A replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.
- If the item has missing parts or accessories, please contact us for assistance before refer the issue to them. This should be reported within 6 hours of receipt of the products. The request will be entertained once Indian Drone Store has checked and determined the same at his own end. Hence we request customers to make a video of unboxing once received for smooth after sales support.
- If a replacement eligible item is out of stock, it cannot be replaced instantly. In this case customer have to wait till inventory is restock again. No refund will be issued against the returned item.
- No refund will be issued of delivery charges/shipping charges paid by customers in case of cancellation.
- Only 50% amount of total product value(excluding delivery/shipping charge and GST) will be refunded if found purchase made by minor(below age 18, some cases below 14).

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
We do not ship our products out of India.
Orders are shipped within 2-4 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Indian Drone Store is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within specified working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the address provided at the time of order. Product will be delivered for all urban areas in India serviceable by DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, Fedex, Speed Post, Shree Tirupati Courier or any other local courier agencies. For remote/rural areas the product will be sent by any available local couriers / Indian Speed Post and may take more time. * No dispatch/delivery on non-working day and National Holidays
